PickaSalt is an Internet-based business. We do not have a physical location for you to walk into.
That being said, we are “open” for many more hours than a retail location could offer.
We ship within two business days of receiving your order, so rest assured that shopping with us, online, is secure and fast, it saves you time, and keeps you out of traffic!
Most of our jewelry items are handmade, by us, right here in the Bahrain.
We may use outside components during our creation process (i.e., bails, findings, etc.)
Our unique, one-of-a-kind products feature photos of the exact item that is available for purchase. However, the color might differ due to the natural stone shade and photography lighting.
Custom Orders: We love creating new designs and welcome your input or requests.
Custom Sizing: As long as we have the stones in stock, we can create a Bracelet or Necklace in whatever size you need.
Just contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with the name of the item, design, and size you are looking for, and we’ll let you know if your custom order can be completed.
Yes, If you have a need for customized gift wrapping, please contact us with your requirements.
SHOPPING INFORMATION
We now offer two methods of payment:
- Cash On Delivery.
- Benefit Pay
Once you receive you order, you can pay via cash or benefit Pay.
For custom orders, 50% percent advance payment is required.
Normal Orders:
Within 48 Hours
Custom Orders:
Within 2 to 3 days
Express Orders:
Within 24 hours.
Extra charges might apply.
You can use the “Track you order” option on the website to track your order via the order number and email used to place the order.
Alternatively, you can message us anytime to inquire about the status of the order.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
We provide professional photos of the exact item you are purchasing, as well as provide exact measurements and descriptions.
Because we offer this detailed information, and you can see exactly what you are purchasing, we don’t offer returns or exchanges.
Please contact us immediately after receiving the order and we will provide you with the replacement.
